Do I need to call anyone?+

No. Cam handles everything in chat. If a human needs to look at it, we message you back, we don't make you ring a call centre.

What if I don't have the receipt?+

Tell Cam what you bought, where, roughly when, and roughly how much. For smaller claims we'll often approve without a receipt. For bigger ones we'll suggest places that can email a duplicate.

Will my premium go up if I claim?+

No. We don't penalise honest claims. Insurance is for using.

What languages can I claim in?+

English, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese, Hindi, and 25 more. Type in any of them and Cam follows.
